MANILA ZOO VISIT

On December 16, 2022, rightsholders visited Manila Zoo to explore various animal exhibits, engage in educational programs, and participate in interactive activities. This visit provided a meaningful recreational and educational experience designed to foster a sense of normalcy, promote mental well being, and enhance understanding of wildlife conservation and environmental stewardship, contributing to personal growth.

Additionally, the visit was integrated into the first Filipino class for trainees, giving them the opportunity to practice speaking Tagalog with local residents. Volunteers from PACCI, zoo staff, and educators guided the rightsholders throughout the activity.
