On May 26, 2023, at the CFSI Torres Building, the Food Expo was organized to empower rights holders by showcasing their culinary skills and selling their food to local residents, thereby promoting socio-economic integration in the Philippines. The event featured a variety of dishes prepared by the rights holders, including sambosa, kabsa, fried fish, and maamul. These dishes were enthusiastically received by the community, resulting in a successful event where the rights holders were able to double their profits.
